PA 66 with Heat-stabilized / Glycol- & Hydrolysis-resistance Grade.
Introduction
Grades:
For injection molding, 30% glass fiber-reinforced PA 66, hydrolysis resistance.
Appearance:
black color
Applications:
Applied for equipment requiring hydrolysis resistance of PA, such as automotive radiator tank system, hose, faucet and thermostat etc.
Notes:
All raw materials are under strict inspection and monitor during preparation processes, the materials are all RoHS certified.
Features
Glass-fiber reinforced PA 66 with hydrolysis resistance obtains properties as below:

● Excellent mechanical performance and high thermal resistance property.
● Good flowability and can be easily processed to complex parts with luster on the surface.
● The product has excellent hydrolysis-resistance performance and can stand the erosion of anti-freezing fluid. It is special for producing automotive radiator tank requiring hot-air resistance (95℃ - 130 ℃) and the erosion of hot-pressured anti-freezing fluid. With the addictive of heat stabilizer, anti-hydrolysis agent and nucleating agent, it can stand high temperature environment and the erosion of anti-freezing fluid.
● It does not contain heavy metals such as antimony and is environment-friendly.
Processing guidelines
Drying condition:
To avoid degradation during injection, drying is required prior to injection molding. Drying temperature: 95-100 ℃, drying time: 3-4 hours.

Recommended injection conditions:
Injection temperature: 270-290 ℃
Injection pressure: 80-120 MPa
Mold temperature: 60-80 ℃
